An ACEC New York hallmark is the annual Engineering Excellence Awards (EEA) Program. EEA recognizes and celebrates engineering achievements that demonstrate the highest degree of skill and ingenuity among member firms. Boasting a rich, 41-year history, the program has been called the Academy Awards of the consulting engineering world. |

| The EEA goal is to convey to the engineering industry, the construction industry, government officials and the general public the contributions that member firms make -- to the environment, to their community and around the world -- through exceptional engineering design. The awards are presented at a popular annual gala awards dinner, held for the last several years at the landmark Waldorf=Astoria, with representations of the diverse winning projects on exhibit. |
